Yesterday I went to The Magic House for a homework assignment in my Graphic Design I class. We are to design a 4 page 5x7 postcard mock up. So I decided to pick up some brochures to check out their present designs. While there I decided to take a stroll around the place since my last visit was when I was a girl scout in elementary school. I still have my button that has my picture taken with my hair sticking out like crazy with the Static Electricity Ball.

I honestly don't remember what it looked like as a kid so exploring the place as an adult was quite interesting. I checked out everything for about 2 hours but my interests were immediately replaced by boredom. This place is definitely geared towards kids and I really enjoyed seeing them interact with everything. It's definitely a great place for a family day out. Not to mention I didn't know they had party rooms on the bottom level.
I will say the most fascinating part for me was the bottom level where the Star-Spangled Center is located. There was a mini replica of the Oval Office, along with a replica of a Courtroom and Legislative Chamber. I went through and snapped some photos more so for color combos and design ideas. Overall had a good time.
So If you have some little ones, definitely make sure to put this place on your to do list.
