So Day 4 is called Money Bucket.
This step was to open a Savings account that ONLY has online access. Not like a savings account with a brick & mortar location. So I did some scouting around. Found an online bank that I had been looking into since last year and decided to make the move to open a Savings account with them. Also am making the move to switch to a different brick & mortar bank as well.
Day 5 is Need it, Love it, Like it, Want it
This is a very interesting topic. The first things that come to mind that I consider loves are Photography, eating out and desire to Travel. I unfortunately have not had the opportunity to travel. So is it still considered a love if it's something I have yet to do? I've already made the decision to curb my eating out and try to make my meals at home to help save on expenses.
Day 6 is Do something Today
I've severely curbed my impulsing shopping. Hasn't been easy. I still need to work on not buying food out as much. I haven't bought food while at work, so that's good. I mainly bring meals from home.
Day 7 is Review, Reflect, and Relax
I think what I wrote on Day 6 partially answers this. I'm not one who normally follows any "gurus" on anything but I really think this is slowly helping me understand about my finances better. It sucks when you confront them but hopefully it will get better with time. Yet I realize I have to combat other issues along with it to make a significant impact.
So this is the First week down of following Tiffany the Budgetnista. Looking forward to week 2.
